When everyone else was trying to get you to remember their Directory Enquiries number, we wanted people to store it in their phone and forget it. The ambient campaign featured the number raked into the beach, which was washed away by the tide, and ice sculptures in 5 parks that melted away. We also handed out leaflets to shoppers… and then asked for them back. The results were a huge uptake in calls, as well as great recall and PR.

BT’s 30% off January sale is a big deal. So we gave it a red carpet premiere, with TV commercials supported by press ads, radio, banners and social posts.

Black Friday is an important sales point in the BT calendar. We created a hard-working, direct response TV ad, produced using 3D tech and voiced by Andy Serkis. It also ran online, and was supported by press ads, banners and social posts.

The digital transformation at British Gas was a huge project, re-writing and designing all the customer comms including emails, letters, press releases and blog posts, sales force scripts and web copy (with a particular focus on SEO). It involved working with agencies to ensure their work adhered to the new copy and style guidelines.
